Pre Construction – Setting the tone for a project is essential. We know time is of an essence building your goal, so JBS along with its partners strive to start each project as quick and organized as possible.  We work with our clients and their design team to make sure every detail is estimated, and the correct subcontractors are selected for each project. 

General Contractor – as a general contractor with a history in all facets of construction, we ensure that there isn’t a project deadline that cant be reached. Our self perform capabilities together with our qualified trade partners and vendors, we add efficiency to your project while managing the risks of a complicated construction site.

Design-Build – While JBS does not have inhouse engineering or design services, our relationship with prominent firms keeps this option on the table to make your building project seamless.  Having JBS involved with design and specifications allow the clients to make sure that the building is what they want when they want it. 

Self Perform – JBS Quincy has in house self perform capabilities with some of the largest aspects of every project.  Demo, earthwork, site utilities, concrete, carpentry, interior framing and finishing, painting are all services our in house trade professionals can offer value while adding speed to every project.
