Jody has 30 years of construction experience involved in retail big box, commercial, light industrial, mixed-use, Senior living and tenant build-outs. Jody has gained extensive pre-development, pre-construction and construction phasing experience through the projects he has supervised. Jody has the innate ability to manage a large group of contractors simultaneously. Jody is able to guide contractors through the construction process with detailed communication and the standard practices he has set for commercial retail and big box scheduling. His career has included project supervision and project management with a special emphasis on construction management and CPM scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 and Timberline software/Sage 300.
