Lindsay Holtschlag was added to our team to keep us organized. Her experience managing her family rental real estate portfolio was a great fit to help manage the 10 guys and all our workplace requirements. Lindsay’s ability to attack and manage each subcontractor’s pay request, insurance, and basic “paper” questions with a friendly demor allows JBS’s subcontractors to be successful on each project, which helps make the owners happy, our most important goal.
Favorite Downtime Activity: On my downtime I like to spend quality time with my family, swim, and work in my garden.
The best part of working with JBS is the workplace environment: It’s like a family that encourages teamwork. I learn something new every day. I also enjoy the flexibility that I still get to be a mom and take care of my family while challenging myself.
